With the assistance of Danielle FitzGibbons as our Realtor and General Contractor we found our perfect lot and built a beautiful home in the Texas Hill Country that we consider our final retirement location.    Danielle as General Contractor assisted us through the entire building process.  As senior adults, my husband and I have purchased, built and sold several homes over the years.  This was our first new build that we were going to be involved in the entire process.   She was informative and made the process of securing financing, selecting an architect, and vendor selection stress free. She made suggestions  when designing the home that we would never have thought of, we put our trust in her and we are glad we did. Once the construction began she was diligent in scheduling the vendors and maintaining constant contact with them to keep our schedule on task.  Our house was completed in 6 months and if rainy weather had not persisted it could have been completed in 4 to 5 months due to her attention to details.  I highly recommend Danielle FitzGibbons for your new home construction, as she will have your back during the entire process.  Put your trust in her and you won’t be disappointed!
